Bioremediation - Microbial argumentation for Septic Systems and Leach Fields

Eco-Impact SB for Septic Tanks is a highly concentrated, bacterial product for the biological treatment of Septic Tanks and Leach fields. The bacteria in this formulation were chosen for their ability to metabolize solids, greases, fats, proteins, starch and detergents into carbon dioxide and water.

It will reduce the maintenance of septic tanks and eliminate foul odors associated with the build-up of wastes. This high quality concentrated product comes in a 25 lb plastic pail.

This product is highly recommended for septic systems that are causing contamination in a near-by pond or lake.

Mixing instructions:

1. Add one or two pounds of the dry powder to 5 gallons of unchlorinated water
2. The water should be at least 70 - 80 Degrees F
3. Stir for approx. 30 seconds
4. Allow mixture to stand for at least 2-3 hours. Keep out of direct sunlight. Stir again.
5. Apply at recommended dosage rates

Application rates:
Septic Tanks: For the average residence use 1 -2 lbs per month poured down any toilet for the first application or if you reside near a pond that is experiencing or are treating for algae problems
Commercial: An average size office use 1 - 4 lbs per month applied into drain system. Multiple applications recommended. This will differ in each facility.

Leach fields: To recover slow fields.
Domestic: Use 1 - 2 pounds per month until system recovers.
Commercial: Use 2 - 4 lbs. weekly until the system recovers. Then 1-2 lbs a month.
