- Digital Microscope - for immediate
confirmation of suspected contamination

confirm, using microscopy, areas of spore amplification, especially in areas
where visual confirmation is not practical or accessible

Mold Inspection and Consultation - costs and hours
- A full mold inspection on an
average size residential house ( approx. 2500 - 3500 sq feet) can take about 2
to 5 hours. The mold inspection will include a thorough visual inspection of the attic, basement and /or crawlspace, HVAC systems, garage and interior sections of the house as well as the exterior landscape.
- Samples will be taken for microscopic analysis, not only on the site of visible mold, but throughout the house to establish levels of cross contamination within your home. On average we take 15 - 20 samples in 3000 sq.ft. home.
- After the inspection, it takes approx. 5 - 6 hours to formulate a
scope of work, analyze the mould samples and produce a written report.
- We then have a full report review with our Quality Engineer and our certified remediators and Environmental Scientists. Your project is discussed in detail, to ensure that we are giving you professional and accurate advise.
- The average cost for this full service residential inspection ranges from $650.00 - $$950.00 Price includes invasive inspection (if required).

party certified lab reports are required, or there are additional requirements, the cost
of these can be determined at the time of making an appointment. This cost is based on the number of air-samples required. These are costed out at $100.00 per sample.
